Join us for a women only experience where scent meets science, designed to help you understand your body’s stress response and learn how to actively shift it.
You’ll explore how scent directly interacts with your brain, nervous system and hormonal response, and how to use it as a practical tool in everyday life. You’ll then move into a guided nervous system session using breathwork, vagus nerve stimulation and your personalised essential oil roller to help bring your body out of a heightened stress state and into a place of real calm.
This session is designed to help you not just understand stress, but feel a noticeable shift in your body.
What you’ll get:

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket, plus anything to make yourself super comfy during the nervous system session.
Access to Gym & Juice café is via a flight of stairs and there is parking directly outside.
